Feather River Dog
Park (Barkleyville Dog Park)
Where is it?
This sculpture consists of an aesthetic arrangement of four
large dog collars with tags. The collars represent the freedom
dogs will enjoy at this off leash dog park, a rare treat
for our urban companions. The casual grouping of the collars
alludes to friendship and interaction among the dogs visiting
the park. The scale of the sculpture is playful and lends
presence but it also gives humans a view more from a dog’s
perspective.
